Mbombela, 10 June 2026: The sights, sounds and excitement of Tommy’s World Fair are back at Riverside Mall, bringing high-energy entertainment and colourful fun fair magic to the Lowveld once again. Due to popular demand, the fun fair has been extended till 16 June.
This marks the third time that Tommy’s World Fair has made a stop at the centre since first arriving at the centre in 2022, with the experience continuing to grow in popularity with families and thrill seekers.
Fun for Every Age and Thrill Level
Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of rides suited to different age groups and adventure levels, from family-friendly attractions and kiddies’ rides to faster, more adrenaline-filled experiences for those looking for a dose of adrenaline. Highlights include The G Force extreme, the Swing boat, Tornado, Ferris Wheel and an exhilarating Back to the Future ride.
Over the years, Tommy’s World Fair has continued to expand its offering, with this year’s event introducing a full-day pass option that allows visitors unlimited access to rides throughout the day. Guests will also still have the flexibility to purchase tickets for individual rides should they prefer.
The fair features a lively carnival atmosphere filled with flashing lights, music and classic fun fair excitement, giving families and groups of friends an opportunity to spend quality time together while enjoying one of the region’s most exciting attractions. Carnival treats such as candy floss, popcorn, and slush are on sale to complete the picture.
